Pastor Karrie Shares:
"It is my great passion and burning desire to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with all who are searching for truth! I don't want you to simply know about God; I want you to know God deeply as your personal God. I want you to discover the riches of His love for you. I want you to live a life that is filled up to all the fullness of God!
This is my prayer for each of you who are seeking God from Ephesians 3: 16-19 (NIV) 16 I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, 17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18 may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19 and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God."
"It is such a joy to shepherd God's flock and truly nurture the growth of the body of Christ. I thank God daily for this calling and honor to serve Him and His people in this manner. As we seek God more, let us purpose to mature in our faith. Let us focus on the eternal versus the temporal things of this world. Let us walk by the Spirit within us and live free!"

Pastor Karrie Landsverk has been a member of Living Gospel Church since 2010 and accepted the role of pastor as of April, 2015. Karrie is an ordained and licensed pastor with the International Ministerial Association, which Living Gospel Church is also affiliated with. Pastor Karrie serves as Chair on the north central district board for the International Ministerial Association. She has earned her Masters of Theology from Christian Leadership University. She is nearly finished earning her doctorate in Ministry through the same school.
Karrie has worked in the business world prior to accepting the call of pastor, and has 22 years of leadership and human resources expertise. Karrie is also a professional speaker and serves the Christian and corporate industries. Karrie presents on topics involving life abundant in Christ, walking by faith over sight, truly knowing the joy of the Lord in all circumstances, communicating across generations, building collaborative and trusting relationships, and servant leadership.
Karrie believes the skills she has learned in her career have positioned her to be successful in ministry and that God has been paving the way for her to fulfill this role as pastor. She has great faith in her God and a great passion to help others fully live their lives by the gift of faith given to them through accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Karrie and her husband Jon, grew up in Rio and loved the community so much they chose to stay and raise their family here too. They have been married just over twenty years. They both actively serve in their community believing strongly it is an honor to give back to the community who has been so giving to them. Karrie and Jon have been blessed with three wonderful children, Jonathan, Reese and Riley. They love their time together as a family. They also love to spend time with friends and participate in community events held in Rio.
